We and the referencing agency carry out identity and financial information service checks to establish the suitability of a prospective tenant for a property and their ability to pay the rent.

We may also pass identity information that has been provided to us directly to utility providers and the local authority tax collection organisations and this is to protect the legitimate interests of all our clients.

We may also pass your personal information to our own insurers in order to obtain and deal with insurance risks and we may disclose information for compliance of any legal obligation that we may have.

Your Rights and Complaints

You have the right to request alteration of your personal data

You have the right to obtain restriction of the processing of your personal date and to object to the processing of personal data and to data portability.
